Nurali Aliyev, founder of ZHANARTU charity foundation met with Vsevolod Yanchevsky, director of, Shi Yuzhu, Chineese IT Billionaire and founder of Giant Interactive company, and other stakeholders of major IT companies from the Asian-Pacific region, reports “Belarus 1” TV channel.
Invited guests noted Belarus’ desire to develop digital economy and domestic IT industry. The Asian investors also expressed readiness to finance promising Belarusian projects in the sphere of artificial intelligence, Big Data, and machine vision.
BelTA has learned that During negotiations the sides agreed to promote Belarusian technology startups on the rapidly growing Asian markets.
“The Belarus High-tech Park is one of the largest innovation clusters in CIS and all over the world. Mobile applications developed by Park companies have over 1 billion users in 193 countries. This is a definite indicator of professional excellence and progressive IT and innovation development of our Belarusian colleagues,” concluded Nurali Aliyev at the end of his business trip.
Belarus TV channel correspondent also added that during the meeting, Vsevolod Yanchevsky and Shi Yuzhu signed a memorandum of cooperation. The sides agreed to open development centers of international companies in the Hi-Tech Park. The companies specialize in artificial intelligence technologies and gaming industry.
BelTA press release also emphasizes that guests were invited by Synesis Company, which resides in the Hi-Tech Park in Minsk.
