A few more schoolgirls from Kazakhstan will present their mobile applications at the international IT-contest “Technovation challenge”.
May 7 in the building of the Republican Physics and Mathematics School of Astana took place the final qualifying round among the Kazakhstan teams of the International IT-contest “TECHNOVATION Challenge”.
The general partner of the regional tour in Astana was the private charity fund of Nurali Aliyev “ZHANARTU”.
Within the contest day in Astana, 17 teams from Astana, Pavlodar, Karaganda and Ust-Kamenogorsk presented their mobile applications.
So in the older age group, the team “Q-team” with the mobile application “NERD” won the first place and the opportunity to participate in the global semi-finals “TECHNOVATION Challenge”, allowing anyone who wants to study the theory and independently solve complex problems from mathematics, arithmetic, trigonometry, logic and others.
The chance to compete in the international “TECHNOVATION Challenge” was received by the mobile application “Meyirim Hand” of the team “7gen”, which automated the process of transferring charity to needy people and socially vulnerable families.
The third place was won by AstGirls, which developed the mobile application Roads4kids, which is able to explain the rules of safe traffic in an interactive and entertaining way.
The youngest age group recognized the best three mobile applications:
The application “Firstep” of the team “Wave”, designed to become a single mobile platform for startups with ideas and potential investors.
The mobile application “Doctor Pocket”, which allows you to contact your doctor online and get advice without having to wait for long queues in polyclinics.
“Save pets” team “Team A”, containing the entire database of homeless animals in the shelter, and allowing everyone to pick their own pet.
All the winners received valuable prizes and gifts from the Nurali Aliyev Charity Fund “ZHANARTU” – tablets, e-books, sports watches, bag-speakers and portable chargers.
